Last updated: December 2025
1. Introduction and Commitment
Cliqo Systems is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and supply chains. This statement sets out the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
2. Our Business
Cliqo Systems is a software company specializing in cloud-based solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP. We develop and provide:
- Purchase requisition management systems
- Expense management solutions
- Custom integrations and extensions
As a technology company, our primary operations involve software development and cloud services, with a relatively limited supply chain compared to manufacturing industries.
3. Our Policies
We operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner:
- Recruitment Policy: We use only reputable employment agencies and verify the employment status of all employees.
- Equal Opportunities Policy: We are committed to creating a work environment free from discrimination.
- Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage employees to report concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery.
- Code of Conduct: Our code makes clear the actions and behavior expected of employees.
4. Due Diligence
As part of our efforts to identify and mitigate risk, we:
- Evaluate potential suppliers before entering into contracts
- Review our existing supply chain periodically
- Conduct risk assessments for new suppliers and partners
- Include anti-slavery clauses in our contracts where appropriate
5. Supply Chain
Our supply chain primarily consists of:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure)
- Software development tools and services
- Professional services providers
- Office supplies and equipment vendors
We work with established, reputable companies and assess the modern slavery risks in our supply chain.
6. Risk Assessment
We consider the following to be low-risk areas:
- Our direct employees, all of whom are based in the UK
- Our cloud service providers, who are major technology companies with their own anti-slavery policies
We remain vigilant and will update our risk assessment as our business evolves.
7. Training
We provide awareness training to staff on the signs of modern slavery and our policies to address it. Key staff involved in procurement and recruitment receive additional guidance.
8. Reporting Concerns
If you have any concerns about modern slavery in our business or supply chain, please contact us at:
Email: info@cliqo.co.uk
All reports will be investigated thoroughly and treated confidentially.
9. Approval
